Disclaimer: HOME by Pitchers accepts no responsibility for items that the colour is not identical to that seen on the website. Different displays and web browsing can have an effect on the way an item looks on the website.

Once your order has been confirmed it is not possible to make any changes.

HOME by Pitchers may update the terms and conditions without notice. Please read the information given before placing an order.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return on all items if they meet the following criteria:

- All items must be in original packaging

- They must be in new and unused condition

- Original tags and labels must remain attached

- Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days after the receipt of purchase.

We cannot accept returns after the 14-day return period.

Currency

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD), please ensure you check your local exchange rate before purchase to determine what cost you will incur.

Postage & Shipping Within Canada

We estimate your order will arrive at your delivery address within the following timeframes:

Within Newfoundland and Labrador: 3-5 Business Days for all items not including our furniture.

All other provinces: 4-9 Business Days for all items not including our furniture.

For furniture shipping can range from 1 - 4 weeks.
